This 6 week program involves using a free VA mindfulness app to practice mindfulness 2 to 3 times a week for 20 minutes, all at your convenience!
To participate, you must be 18 or older, fluent in English, and a certified or licensed healthcare professional providing direct patient care in the United States. You will need your own smartphone or tablet and internet access to access the app.
