HEALTH PROFESSIONAL SUBSTANCE USE EVALUATIONS (VIRTUAL)

I am credentialed to provide evaluations for health professionals with Illinois state healthcare license issues. This involves nursing as well as other professions, including but not limited to pharmacists, physician assistants, therapists, and those seeking Illinois professional licenses. This evaluation is an extensive 2-hour telehealth forensic evaluation which includes completion of IDFPR forms.

Substance Use Evaluations (Virtual)

I provide comprehensive and thorough substance use evaluations to identify problem areas and will recommend appropriate treatment services. I do not prescribe medications at this time.

Individual Counseling (Virtual)

After completion of an evaluation, if appropriate, I will provide outpatient individual counseling as needed to help an individual meet their goals of treatment. I have extensive experience in early intervention with at risk or mild substance use disorder, an area of treatment most centers don’t provide. 
My expertise is with licensed health professionals of all professions, including nurses, physicians, pharmacists, physician assistants, chiropractors, dentists and other licensed health professionals.  I also have extensive experience working
​ with elite and professional athletes.
